Stevens was a great help to us while we bought our first home. He was very knowledgeable about the different towns we looked at houses in and was quick to share any inconveniences we might run into. He was also very observant during our walkthroughs of properties and pointed out many things that we would have missed. Working with him was easy because he was always available to answer questions and always found time to work around our busy schedules. As first time Home Buyers, Stevens was assigned to us by Zillow to show a house, and he such an asset to have on our team, that we worked with him through out the entire process. When issues caused by inaction by the mortgage company and it's processors arose, Stevens was very successful at being the middleman between the Mortgage Co and the Condo Association, by getting the answers needed to move us closer to closing. Stevens also has other relevant industry contacts, such as loans(we wish we had used), insurance companies, and home inspectors. His contacts that we did use were great to have and offered very competitive pricing.
