When I found a property I was interested in he was able to get me into a showing either the same day or the following, which is crucial in how quickly houses are selling in todays market. Stevens probably showed my husband and I about 25 houses and was very patient with us during our search. When we found the house we wanted to make an offer on, he was able to negotiate with the selling agent so the sellers wouldn't counter on our offer. This saved us $10K! When my husband and I started the home-buying process, we were starting with nothing. We saw a house we wanted to look at, we had no realtor, so Zillow connected us with Stevens. It was the best thing that happened during our search. Stevens always had an answer for our questions, and if he didn't, he was quick to find one. We were always able to text, call, or e-mail him when we needed something. When there were stalemates of just waiting for paperwork to be done, Stevens would still call to check in if we needed anything. Our process with our mortgage company was AWFUL, but Stevens was always there to support when we needed it and kept things moving. During our closing day, I kept looking to him to make sure what the law firm was telling us was correct. I felt comfortable enough to do so because Stevens is so knowledgeable in what he does. If I ever buy another house, I am 100% going to Stevens.
